ARCHITECTURAL STANDING SEAM METAL ROOF
These panels go vertically up the roof slope and are available in 12” and 16” wide versions. The panels are secured to the roof decking through hidden metal clips screwed down to the decking, with limited locations that exposed fasteners are needed. These panels will not warp, split, crack or curl. These panels are also impenetrable to mildew, rot, termites and pests. There are many colors available as well as some ENERGY STAR colors with a 45 year paint warranty. These panels must be installed on a slop greater than or equal to 3:12.
CLASSIC RIB PANEL METAL ROOF
These panels go vertically up the roof slope and are available in 36” wide panels. These panels are designed for installation on an open structural framing deck or a solid roof deck. These require exposed fasteners to fasten the metal panels to the decking, and the screws come with rubber washers to keep the elements out. There are a variety of colors available with warranty options like 45 year paint warranties and up to a 10 year edge corrosion warranty. These panels must be installed on a slope greater than or equal to 3:12.
