Christian Brothers Roofing is searching for a full time, experienced and reliable repair technician to join our team!
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- > Follow OSHA regulations, demonstrating safe work practices & job site safety.
- > Inspect problem roofs & determine solution or best procedure to complete repair.
- > Complete roofing repairs as assigned by management.
- > Estimate materials needed to complete the job.
- > Investigate, diagnose and complete repairs on various types of residential & commercial roofs.
- > Willingness to deliver materials to job sites and help in other areas as needed.
- > Survey existing roof conditions, prepare comprehensive inspection reports and provide accurate estimates/proposals for recommended repairs.
- > A good fit will be extremely organized, comprehensive and accurate with record keeping of materials, photos, measurements as well as great time management.
- > Represent the company and interact with others in an honest and professional manner.
- > Prepare to be on call for after hour emergencies (Will be compensated appropriately.)
Requirements:
- > Valid driver’s license
- > Clean driving record
- > Willing to submit drug screen & background check
- > Previous experience in roofing or other related field
